- Warranty
All the goods will be tested with standard of ISO9001 before the
shipments, we do not make any warranty for the end user. Once there have any
defected products (only our responsibility), you can return to us based on
ship charge for your side, (please confirm with us before your return) then
we will replace it for our ship charge.
For some items, there have no any warranty, please confirm with us before
your order.
- Transportation
Our quotation are always based on FOB Shen Zhen/Hong Kong or EX-Factory
(follow our contract when you place order). If the goods are lost on
the way to the destination, we will try our best to work with the
relative side to solve the trouble, but we do not pay any
responsibility on this case.
For Example:
Shipment by Express courier, there have tracking no.
Shipment by Air Cargo, there have AWB No..
Shipment by Sea Cargo, there have B/L Original Documents.
For the above, if the goods are disappeared , we do not pay any lost for the
shipments. but you can buy the insurance when you place order in case the
lost. In general, the insurance rate is 0.55%-5% of the total amount.
- Copyright
In some Countries, some products are not allowed to import, please check
out the native law carefully before you place order. If the goods are
confiscated by your or third party custom, we do not pay any responsibility.
